Sandy Hook, NJ

On Easter Sunday, after all of the food and reminiscing, I went to Sandy Hook to see a sunset.

It was incredibly windy, but for whatever reason, I decided not to put my hair in a ponytail. My face got wind whipped by my own hair and because of all my layers, I was stabbed in the eye. I’m going to leave hairbands wherever I go from now on.

I was told that sometimes you need to enhance a scene: enter the tree limb. There were a lot of cool items we could have added to the scene, including a trap which you will see later. For such a small beach, there was a lot to work with in terms of props.

We left the beach before it was too dark and grabbed Domino’s on the way home. Even though it was technically fast food, I still enjoyed it. My love for pizza runs deep.
